How do I clean the brushes?

1. Use a sulphate free shampoo to clean them . Harsh soaps & shampoo deposit a layer over a period of time and make the bristles harsh.

2. Never dip your brushes in water & soapy water overnight.

3. Dip your brushes in soapy water for no longer than 10 minutes.  If you dip them for too long they shed excessive hair and the ferrule might seperate fm the wooden brush handle.

4. Be gentle while cleaning. No not rub brushes with excessive pressure while cleaning.

5. Once the brushes are throughly cleaned and rinsed make sure you return the shape of the brush bristles with your fingers. If you do not do so you will ruin the shape permanently.

6. If you are using instant brush cleansers please do not spray the product directly on brushes.  This might result in chipping of paint and the ferrule might get stained.

It is best to apply instant brush cleaners on a paper towel & rub brushes gently whilst maintaining the shape of the brush.

Excessive rubbing could mean loss of brush bristles and you can ruin the shape permanently.

Why are your Blending L, Blending M & Flat M brush made in natural hair?

These brushes give you the maximum color payoff  resulting which the eye makeup really pops in few simple strokes. Also Blending is a lot better with natural hair it picks color up in one dab as the hair fibre is a lot more porous compared to synthetic fibre.

What fibre has been used for synthetic brushes?

The highest quality of PBT synthetic bristles has been used for the Nari brushes.

How should I store my brushes?

Your makeup brushes will last longer if you store them correctly when not in use. Store your brushes in a closed container / pouch to prevent pollutants like dust and dirt from landing on the bristles and eventually onto your skin.

Do not cramp too many brushes together into a container / pouch. This helps you retain the shape of the brushes better.

Are your brushes named or numbered?

Our founder, Chandni Singh, made sure each brush was named so that it's easy of makeup artists and lovers to know what brush to reach out for.

When are solo lashes used?

If you are teary eyed everytime you use lashes there's a possibility that you are allergic to the glue that is being used. Also sometimes the lash band triggers your tearduct if you have sensitive eyes. It this case we recommend solo lashes which can be used fm the centre of the eye lash until the outer corner. You can place the solo lashes as per your wish and create a density you prefer.

Solo lashes are used by TV & film makeup artists a lot to create extreme natural looks.

If you have missing lashes on your eyes because of stitches or an eye surgery in the past, Nari Solo lashes fill up these gaps very easily.

Can solo lashes be reused?

Mostly no as they are very tiny & you might end up loosing them mostly while removing them.

Top tips for lash care

- Never apply mascara on them.

- Be gentle while removing them from their box. Do not pull / tug a light end of the any lash as the hair fibre can break & lash band can be damaged too.

- Once used & remove all traces of lash glue regularly. If you let it deposit over a period of time, it makes the lash band very hard and stiff.

How to remove lash glue residue fm lash band once used?

Dip a cotton bud in waterproof eye makeup remover & gently rub over the glue residue. The glue will gradually start peeling. Use your nails to remove it gently. We do not recommend that you rub the lash band vigorously.
