A high-performance rounded brush used for a smokey eyeliner, inner corners and for detailing the eyes.
How to Use: Draw smoked lines on the lid, along the lash line, and in the crease with the pencil brush. It can also be used to smudge eyeliner & blend out eyeshadow in small areas like the lash line.
